How can I make payments to a business in US if I don't have a private limited company in Pak and I'm a sole proprietar. I want to do online business and get my products made in USA and sell them there. How can I make payments to them because it isn't possible to even send payment through a sole proprietership business account to a business in USA.
you can make and own a single member company and after getting it registered you can do the business over there and make and receive payments on the name of your company
you r legal and strong footing is an essential if you are trying to enter in corporate deals like this. SMC is the best option, that way you can have a firm and legitimate contract with foreign companies to reciprocate or serve you as an agent or become your legal representative company to further transact the business. like the one you have in mind.
Register a firm or company, further you can transact through bank guarantee..
